Nosara(Nov 26, 27) the Gilded iguana monteverde(Nov 28, 29, 30) ARCO IRIS lodge - on top of a small hill. Arena (Dec 1, 2 and 3) Ellen of Nido del Colibri B&B - great view but it was cloudy the whole time Poas Volcano (Dec 4) peace lodge - worth every penny. Puerto Jimenez(Dec 5, 6, 7, 8) la choza del manglar - bad choice. the place needs a remodeling soon. Liberia (Dec 9) hotel boyeros - we did not stay here. instead of we chose the one next door with a better restaurant. Car - very smart to rent a car in costa rica. driving is fun! RAV4 is the most popular. I crossed a small river with it.
